All fittings supplied are Schedule 40 Stainless Steel
With over 20 years in the business, we have found that our custom burners last the longest. We attribute this to using schedule 40 Stainless Steel pipe and fittings for outdoor use.
When burners are not properly tied down, it allows the pipe to flex and work its way above the medium (such as glass or lava rock). Our Tie down methods reduce flex during use.
We can custom make your burner to your length and curvature when you provide a template.

Our burners are not stamped. We use Schedule 40, 304 stainless steel. It can be curved to your provided template.
Tie downs are recommended to prevent warpage.
Burners can be made to any length.
Tees are drilled as well to maintain continuous fire
All holes are precision drilled, not punched. Hole sizes can be adjusted for desired flow.
